Factory Size and Capacity
The factory has a modern production base covering an area of 20k ㎡ and is equipped with advanced production equipment and technicians to ensure efficient production capacity.
Our current capacity is 50k pcs helmets monthly, including both ABS (40k pcs) and Carbon Fiber/ Fiberglass models (10k pcs), which comes up to 600, 000pcs per year.
In order to meet the personalized needs of customers, the factory also provides customized production services and can customize motorcycle helmets according to the specific requirements of
customers.
Composite Workshop
In addition to ABS models, the company also invests in Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass helmet projects. Early in 2022, we set up the separate workshop for the composite shells.
The factory has now 5 machines for Fiberglass shells and 1 for Carbon Fiber.
The formed shell is placed on the platform of the laser cutting machine. The robotic arm cuts and opens holes
in the shell.
The factory makes all composite shells in the workshop itself.
